Stun Guns Defense

There are several people that doubt the effectiveness of stun guns defense. They believe that when one can get a real gun then what is the logic behind using a stun gun. But there are others still who argue that real guns are dangerous and can kill and also cause permanent damage whereas the stun guns are anything but lethal and have no lasting damaging effects. What’s more they also argue that if the attacker manages to snatch your gun, then they could kill you or permanently hurt you. But if it’s a stun guns defense then in that case you will only be out of commission temporarily.
What is more there is a majority of those people who would prefer carrying a stun device rather than hurting somebody permanently or killing them even if only to defend themselves. The usual stunguns can deliver a charge that can range anywhere from 100,000 volts to almost five million volts.
