The Naginata is a pole weapon that was used primarily by the Samurai Class. This massive weaponry carries many attributes which date back for many generations. Swordsswords has the privilege to bring you for the first time this Japanese Infantry Handmade Battle Worn Naginata. This Naginata is not like any ordinary weapon. It carries a handle length of 27 which is made from wood and is wrapped with black cotton string for a firm hold. At the top of the handle also carries a ring. This Naginata has a normal guard like that of a sword and has a blade length of 25 which is antiqued to look like its battle worn. Unlike other Naginatas, the blade has a round point. In the hands of a Martial Arts master, this weapon can become deadly. The blade is also handforged from High Carbon Steel. This item also comes with a hard wood scabbard to protect the blade. this is a good buy, very happy with the purchase, the only problem is the blade is dull to almost non existent, great product though, over all im very satisfied

this is an excellent weapon. it is alot bigger than it looks on web. i am completely satisfied with the Japanese Naginata. the blade is thick and comes sharp. it looks like it might be full tang, but i cant say for certain. i would highly recommend the Naginata, a great weapon for a good price. a choice piece for any collector.
